• The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective)

• Used, washed, or damaged items (not caused during delivery)

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer:

4. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

2. Provide your Order Number and clear photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect).

3. Wait for confirmation from our support team before sending the item back.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
