Placing an Order
- Choose your desired product and provide customization details (such as names, photos, text, colors, etc.).
- Review your order carefully before checkout. Once confirmed, customization details cannot be changed.
- Complete payment securely through our website or agreed payment method.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation with order details.
Please double-check customization details in the confirmation. If there are errors, contact us within 24 hours to request corrections (if production has not started).
Production Time
Customized items are made to order. Processing time may vary depending on the product (usually 3–7 business days.
- We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup or shipment.
Delivery / Pickup
We offer local as well as international delivery, shipping, or in-person pickup (where available). Delivery times vary depending on your location & Country.
Return & Refund Policy
Because our items are customized and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once production has started, except in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Customization (Our Error)
If we made a mistake with the customization details (different from what you provided), we will replace or remake the item at no additional cost.
- Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. After 24 hours, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed as the item may already be in production
- Non-Returnable Items
Customized products with correct details as provided by you.
- Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
- In case of replacements, shipping/delivery arrangements will be discussed with you.
